1928 Ford Model A Additional Info:

This auction is for a 1928 Ford Model A Sedan. I found it stored in a kennel for almost 40 years and decided it would make a great project to work on. The first thing I did when I got it home and unloaded, was to prod the engine into firing. It only took a couple days of convincing and it started right up. Nothing like the sound of an old flathead puttin' away, or the sense of accomplishmentat breathing life into the ol' sucker. It runs great and drives straight....no issues at all.

But life can take some twists and turns and one day I realized there is just too many projects for me to take on at the moment, so this model A is on the hit list. I only conquered the engine, there is still a lot of things that need to be done to it.

I had to remove most of the interior because it had deteriorated, figured I'd be installing new anyway. The springs and framework are still there, just the fabric and padding are missing from the rear seat. The front seats are still intact with seat covers.

It's a good, solid car with no major rust or dents...a typicaltreasure you would expect to find that hasn't had any attention or maintenance in decades. I wouldn't be selling it at all if I had room to keep it. My grandson has promised to mow my grass for 4 years if I would keep it until he could pay for it, ha....he sure loves driving it up and down the lane when he visits.

I don't have any extra room to store it either, so schedule a time to pick it up as soon as you can. I know you'll be anxious to get it home so I don't see that as an issue...just sayin'.
