There is something that just looks right about a full bodied '34, 3 Window Coupe with a flame paint job. Modern running gear and a custom interior. With room in the trunk for your gear, it will make you want to load this car up and travel. Just be ready for all the attention you will get while driving it. Start out with a nice red paint job, then make it look like it's white hot at the leading edge,... blending back through yellow, then to orange, all edged with blue pin-striping. Nicely done. A classic waterfall grill is flanked by LED headlights for night-time cruising. Chrome bumper forks lead the way with the front turn signals tucked discreetly up under the body. There are nice blue pin-stripe flourishes on the center of the hood and on the trunk just above the handle. Teardrop taillights dress the rear fenders which have dual exhaust tips peeking out from under them, finished off with a chrome rear bumper. Set the car on Torqs wheels staggered with 15s in the rear and 14s in the front to give the car the nice rake and a look that a car like this deserves. Open the suicide doors and check out the beautiful custom interior. The seats, door panels, console and headliner are white, almost an ivory really, with just enough color to compliment the wood tone Grant steering wheel and the tan carpets. The dash treatment starts with a body color upper panel. Then the inserts on either side of the dash along with the insert in the center console are machine turned aluminum. Below the auxiliary engine gauges, trimmed in chrome as is the steering column, are the ventilation controls. Below them is the stereo. Finish off the interior with billet door handles and power window with the switches in the door panel for a first-class cabin to cruise it. Throw your luggage in the nicely trimmed out trunk, and take a ride. Ride in confidence you can, because this car has a Ford 5.0 Liter V-8 and 4 speed automatic trans. The engine makes nice power thanks in part to being warmed over with an Edelbrock four-barrel carb and intake manifold. Keeping things from getting too warm is an aluminum radiator with hoses protected from damage by Aeroquip hose coverings. Chrome touches in the engine bay include an alternator, distributor, and oil cap, with polished aluminum for the valve covers, air filter housing and air conditioning compressor making for a great looking engine compartment. The front suspension instills confidence while you drive with rack and pinion steering working through coil springs handling the curves, and vented front disc brakes getting you slowed down between them. A Ford 9 inch rear end on coil springs gets the power to the ground through 255/70R15s in the rear and 185/70R14s in the front, all mounted on Torqs 5 spoke wheels. If you have ever had the urge for a street rod with a flame paint job, come on down and check this ride out. Then ride it home and enjoy all the attention you get along the way.
