1967 Bronco
Gorgeous Indigo Blue Paint
Crisp Black Interior
Power Front Disc Brakes
Power Steering & 'Y' Style Steering
Excellent Running 302
This '67 is a beautiful example of a well optioned, easy to live with Bronco. From the gorgeous Denim Blue paint to the upgraded steering and brakes this Bronco is done 'just right'.
The body on this 67 is in good condition. There are no signs of current rust and the normal questionable spots all look clean and proper. The Denim Blue paint was applied a few years ago but hasn't seen any appreciable road time. It shines nicely and is easily nice enough for weekend shows and sunny day cruising. This Bronco came with the Rotunda 'Hood Bronco' that has since been lost. The mounting holes are still in the hood but could be repaired if needed. There is paint left over from when this Bronco was painted. The chrome and bright trim are all in good order.
Inside the interior is in good condition. The floors have been covered with a reproduction floor mat that could use some good summer heat to mold it correctly on the floors. The front seats are nice aftermarket units that are very comfortable and help hold you in place. The rear seat is a stock unit that has not been bolted in place yet. The dash is in good condition and the factory gauges and speedometer work properly. There is a hole in the dash for an aftermarket gauge that could either used or repaired.
Under the hood, the 302 runs excellent. It appears to be a low mile unit but I do not have any receipt documentation on a rebuild. The Holley carburetor is brand new and fires up extremely easily. The ignition system is upgraded with an MSD distributor and capacitive discharge 6AL box. The power output is estimated at 325 horsepower, about 125 more than the original made. The 3 speed trans shifts nicely through the floor shift unit.
This Bronco has been upgraded with the front end from a '77 Bronco making it a much better Bronco. The whole Disc Brake Dana 44 front axle was installed replacing the drum brake Dana 30. The steering was taken from the 77 as well as the Power Steering and Power Assist Brake components. The result is a Bronco that handles and brakes confidently.
The lift is a 2" Suspension Lift with Rancho shocks. This gives enough clearance to comfortably fit the 32" tires and our shorter passengers to still be able to make it inside.
This Bronco has many of the options found in $40k & higher broncos, looks better than most of those yet is still well within the affordable range.
