1960 F100 BIG WINDOW SHORT BED
Very rare original "big window" short bed, style side truck. Original 223ci 6 cylinder, 3 on the tree manual, single barrel downdraft carburetor with a custom side exit exhaust. Truck has been in California its entirelife. Odometer shows 36k miles, actual mileage unknown. Truck always fires up first turn, and runs without skipping a beat. All fluids have just been changed including coolant flush, oil change, clutch fluid, and brake fluid. Brake system recently gone through and stops very good. Tires have good tread on them and dated 2013. Truck runs and drives great. Truck was painted in 2012 by a professional auto body shop. The paint job is by no means concourse condition but it is a good five footer. It has its dents and dings but it's a driver not a show car. All the rubber in the windows was replaced when the paint was done. Interior has a brand new reupholstered bench seat using high quality materials as well as brand new carpet kit. The truck is missing the headliner as well as the metal door panels. The truck has a little rust behind the front wheels but other than that no other rust was found. All the glass is great in the truck except for the driver's front window (pictured). Brand new gas tank, aluminum radiator, generator, voltage regulator, some wiring under the dash, kingpins as well as a few other odds and ends. Unfortunately the tailgate is gone, previous owner never had it either. Out of all the other old trucks I have driven this truck drives the best. This truck has been fully looked through, dealing with all the major and minor issues and has been dialed in, could even be a daily driver. Overall this truck is a great little driver that won't leave you stranded.
