Selling a 1979 Thunderbird that came from the nephew John, who got the vehicle from his Aunt. The T Bird stayed in the same family since new. I have the original invoice from Sam Dell Ford Dealership that the vehicle was bought from.The dealer name is still on the trunk lid. This Thunderbird drives nice. Very quiet and tight. Exhaust is very good. Excellent oil pressure, see photo taken while running. Battery is good, charges well and starts the vehicle easy. The T-Bird has power everything except the passenger seat. It also has a Factory tachometer and gauges. The Aluminum Turbine wheels are in good condition. Tires are like new. The car has been sitting for 5 to 6 years so it might need some additional tinkering to be ready for a trip to your place. The good news is that the Nephew put around 1900.00 bucks in the brakes and brake lines 4 years ago,including battery, belts ect. Oil is clean and belts look new. Going to need two vinyl tops and some metal work around the front left windshieldmolding. The rear roof area looks good. No rust bubbles that I could see around theQuarterpanels or lower areas. Underside is good too. The Cruise works fine and the AC pump kicks on but needs more R12. I can do some work if someone wants for a Fee to make sure itsdrive-ablefor longer distances. I like older, low mile vehicles. This one is a good one! The body is very straight. The original spare is in the trunk. Shag type original carpeting! You can contact me if more info is needed.
