She appraised at $24,999 in September 2015 (details below), our reserve is $16,000 (REDUCED $2,000) leaving you enough $$$$ for some fun.
I named her "Betsy". I know from experience that when you drive this wonderful antique truck you are going to gets LOTS of looks! The number one question people will ask you is, "What year is she?" This truck definetly has pick-up-and-go. You might even win a few bets with her 4-barrel carb and V8 engine ;-) Let's just say she has spunk!
We have both retired and since we go everywhere together we no longer need two vehicles. While it breaks our hearts to part with her, we'd rather see her belong to someone who will drive and appreciate her. To achieve this goal we are willing to realize a loss. Our reserve price is to minimally protect only 60% ($16,000) of our investment. We are not looking to recover all of it (a litttle over $27,000) nor even to make a profit (we have ALL of the receipts for all work done and will provide them to the buyer.)What matters most to us is that she goes to a "good home!" The difference between our asking price ($18,000) and the appraisal estimate of $24,999 will more than allow you to paint her with flames ;-)
