1923 Ford Model T Additional Info:
1923 Model T Touring. Complete, not running. Engine turns over by hand.
This car was parked while in running condition and has sat for years. I rescued it from this state and dragged it home, hosed it off and am offering it for sale, as I have too many projects at this time. I just couldn't let it sit where it was any longer.
The lower body had repairs done to ita very long time ago. It is overall fairly solid. The worst of the rust is in the rear lower pan and the passenger side splash apron/running board.
It has a honeycomb radiator, wiper, luggage rack. The engine turns over with the hand crank, I suspect it will run. The top bows are in place. The tires are all flat and cracked. The wheels are in good condition.
Included with the car is a new wood kit, never installed.
This car came to me with no title, I will be selling it the same way. I will provide a bill of sale.
This is a great entry level T for someone just getting started, or the passionate seasoned restorer. If I were keeping it, I would just make it run and drive it around as is, although it could be a full restoration project if desired. Please ask any questions you have and understand what this car is before bidding. It is not perfect. It is a good starting point though, or something to tinker on and enjoy as is.
