I bought the truck and took tranny out and put a shift kit and tightened bands and put an allstar racing 3200 stall converter on it. 9" rear was shortened 2.5 on one side and 4 on the other.Detroit true track with 3.89 gears and cut to fit axles, disc brakes all the way around.
