1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback 390 Additional Info:
This 1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback is an unrestored example that shows 22k miles and is powered by a 390 V8 paired to a C-6 automatic transmission. The included Marti report lists that the car was optioned with the GT equipment group, limited slip differential, courtesy light group, electric clock, F70-14 Wide Oval White Sidewall Nylon tires, power steering, AM radio, and deluxe seatbelts. This Mustang is sold with with a clean title in my name.
Lime Gold is confirmed as the factory color by the Marti report and the paint is believed original. The finish appears to be in good condition and the car has been garaged and never driven in rain or snow.
Body panels look straight with no evidence of accidents or repair. Lenses and brightwork present well, though the grille-mounted fog lamps are not functioning. New Goodyear Polyglas tires have been installed and one of the stock hubcaps is said to show some minor wear.
Inside, the black vinyl upholstery appears to be in good shape with light creasing noted on the front seats. The rear seats appear to have been little used, while door and side panels look equally clean.
The dash remains stock with the exception of an FM converter installed next to the glovebox and tachometer mounted on the steering column. Chrome gauge surrounds are bright and dash stitching remains tight.
The 390-4V big block V8 was rated at 320 horsepower when new and used a Holley 4bbl carburetor with cast iron intake and manifolds. Yellow grease pen markings remain in the engine bay along with a paper tag hanging underneath as detailed in the gallery.
Paper decals from the factory remain under the license plate and the trunk lid.
A new battery, muffler, gas tank, and sending unit have been installed.
