This car was purchased new in Washington, NC and a copy of the original 1966 NC title is included in the photos. It has been in Eastern NC its whole life. Well documented car. North Carolina Title that matches the inner fender VIN and the Buck Tag and Door Data Tag. Engine tag is present too and is rebuilt and original to the car.
Also both build sheets were found during the restoration that was done in the late 90's. Photos of the restoration are included with the car andI put a collage of restoration photos on the auction.
A car that has not had rust nor floor pan replacement according to the restorer and we have found no evidence ofbody or frame rust or replacementon the car. Look over the photos and video. This car was very well restored and then taken to MCA events. It is not to have been in the rain since 1972 and we have the original NC inspection sticker from that time period. Also has a power top and power steering. Original seats that are in good shape but not perfect. radio not working. Watch video to see the car driving, wipers working, headlights, fan, lighter and instruments operating as they should.
Great car to buy and be proud to drive and own and also should be a good investment as original floor pan Mustangs are very rare and highly desirable. The car drives great and looks beautiful. Look at the photos and video and compare to others out there. You will find this car far superior to cars that are asking more money. Bid to buy as we will sell the car for the starting bid if there are no other bidders.
The car is owned by the dealership and I can help answer any question you have . We hunt for nicelocal cars and then bring them to the public. We will be putting up agood driving darkblue unrestored 66 Mustang Convertible 289 V-8with NC and Georgia heritage with original floor pans soon, so save me as a favorite and check back.
