1991 ford festiva... VERY LOW RESERVE. it would run with the fuel/wiring problem fixed. it was running, and shutting off occasionally, due to not getting fuel. I sent it to the shop a couple times and they would replace the fuel pump, but it would do the same thing. I disconnected the fuel line before the fuel injectors and saw no fuel come back out from the injector line, but fuel would dump from the filter side from the pump and tank. I firmly believe it is a fuel injection sensor and or a wiring issue. it really isn't a non running car, other than this issue. nothing wrong with the motor or trans or anything else. it just shuts off here and there and it did it again, so I parked it and pulled the battery out. it needs a battery and exhaust as well. it has good tires and alignment done on it. all the lights, signals, and brake lights work. it has one headlight dimmer than the other, due to water getting in the lens and corrosion. it gets 40 mpg. needs emergency brake adjusted or replaced. needs windshield washer fluid motor hooked up, but it does work. this car is cool in a funny way. it gets lots of laughs and thumbs up, due to the color and size and style. it is no unique antique, but it is unique in a modern way for new cars these days. it was fun to drive for a joke, butI now want thepink flamingo gone... this car has a very very low reserve, so no worries and I do need the car out of here, either picked up by buyer or by a car hauler, within one month after winning the bid.
