1966 Ford Fairlane Additional Info:
1966 Fairlane gt convertible. red on red. S code 390. Factory 3 speed Code 1 for transmission on door tag. Fresh motor .030 over speed pro pistons, comp cams cam kit with timing set. RV style cam not a lumpy cam. Crank polished and rods reconditioned. new valves, guides, springs, hardened seats in the heads. New oil pump, water pump, fuel pump. Block C6ME-A Heads C6AE-R Intake C6AE-G all correct numbers with original trans. New interior kit. New fuel tank with sending unit. New stainless steel prebent fuel lines and brake lines. New parking brake cables. New aluminum radiator. New convertible top. Super solid all original sheet metal. Cowl, floors, frame rails, rocker panels, trunk, hood, radiator support all super solid. One tiny place on right front floor size on a pencil and I have a picture pointing at it. The worst place on the car is somebody cut up the shock towers with a torch I assumed to install grease fittings. I have patches I cut out of another car to repair this with. Bottom of the doors are solid but there are rust bubbles in the corners of the doors. There is a small amount of body filler behind both rear tires at the bottom corners of the quarter panels. The man I bought this car from owned it for 30 years and it has not been wet in 20 years. I have spent thousands on this car and just don't have the money to finish it. Cash in person. Thanks
