1940 Ford Other Additional Info:
This is a very well built Prosteet rod with the ability to be driven. Small block Chevy powered, DYERS Polished Supercharger backed up with a reworked 350 turbo with shift kit and a 3000 RPM stall converter. narrowed ford 9" rear with 31 splined axels, dick brakeson all(4)18" wide newerrear tires with a 4 link coil over suspension. front would be a strut mustang II style. Rack and pinion steering. Runs and drive well with water temp at cruising speed around 150 deg., oil pressure @ 40 P.S.I.. Aluminum radiator, electric water pumpwith a separate oil cooler W/fanfor the transmission. I have driven this rideabout 600miles and drives very well. The ignition is a MSD boost retard.Thisstreet rod - truckcannot be built for the starting bid price. The only negative that I have found would be the speedometer is not accurate. I wish to reserve the optionto end this listing early. Thank You
