1967 Ford Mustang -- Additional Info:

1967 Ford Mustang Fastback With “Bullitt” Patina! Early build date car this, built 21st December 1966 sold March 1967. 289 Cu In, Manual Transmission car from New, please check the Marti Report attached, you will find: *Console *Sport Deck Rear Seat *Power Disc Brakes *Am Radio *Exterior Décor Group *Interior Décor Group *Heavy Duty Suspension * ”A” Code 289 4V *Lime Gold Paint * Ivy Gold Luxury Bucket Interior This car has been unused since 1981, very hard to find like this now. Car was repainted from its original Lime Gold paint to Highland/Moss Green sometime in the 70’s. The paint has faded, surface rust has covered the car in areas making it look just amazing – imagine Steve McQueen’s car from Bullitt being parked in the desert for 36 years……… you get the picture? A few years ago, the owner installed New Bullitt “Style” wheels and tires to the vehicle, with its turn signal hood it looks just great. The engine is all there albeit locked up and does not turn. The tranny is where it should be and the power disc brakes also, power steering and A/C are all still there as well. The body of the car is good, drivers side very straight and true, passenger side about the same, but be under no illusion, you will not replace any panels here, just some TLC required. Door Tag is untouched and has original Ford rivets in place and the crinkle cut paint is still on the backs of the doors – very Original! The floors will have to be replaced and some work also in the trunk, inner fenders are good, battery tray area needs replacing. The interior retains one front seat, no carpet, rears Sport Deck seat is where it should be dash top excellent. These cars are incredibly hard to obtain as a project now and especially with a manual tranny, you could go one of many ways with this, Bullitt/Eleanor or back to stock restored. That being said, I would love to see this car clear coated as is and drop a Coyote in the engine bay and run this thing! Car rolls freely and the tires all hold air, mileage show 14,674 but can only assume this is second time around… car comes with clean Title.
