This would make a great project for someone. Most of the lights work and it is a running and driving car with potential.
Feel free to ask me any questions though i do not know every detail of the car. I just acquired it and i was gonna mess with it this winter but i really would like to have the room in my shop too.The guy we got it from was selling it for his son who drove this car in the early 2000s. He thought it had a 302 and i did not run the numbers but it has an indentation on near the back of the intake manifold that i believe makes it a 289. But a mustang guru would know better than I. It was originally a manual car but now has an auto in it. The carpet is faded but the seats are in excellent shape. I have 2 boxes of parts for the car that i never went through but i believe all the trim for the vinyl top is in one.The windshield is scratched from someone turning on the wipers without blades but they since put the foam under them. It has a new battery.
Roof rusted out under the old vinyl top. This car has cosmetic issues and has rust in the door corners the roof and a little on the quarters. Runs pretty good but could use a tune up and maybe a carb rebuild. Brakes are getting better just driving around the yard. This sat for about a decade or more.
