A two owner 1988 Bronco Eddie Bauer. Loaded with the venerable, iconic, excellent running and well maintained Ford 302 V8 backed with a recently rebuilt Ford AOD transmission (transmission remains under warranty by County Transmissions in Vienna, VA). Engine does not smoke, hesitate, stumble, misfire or use oil.
Beautiful Shadow Blue Metallic with Chestnut interior. Notice the condition of the original seats, belts, carpet, floor mats (yes, ORIGINAL floor mats!), switch gear, and steering wheel. Everything works. All lights, switches, power windows, power door locks. Everything.
The air conditioning has been converted to R134A so it blows nice and cold and there is no concern about servicing the system. Heater is excellent with a new heater core. This truck has very rare dual exhaust and sounds excellent. Zero overheating issues.
This truck has beautiful genuine Ford aluminum wheels and quality tires in the correct OEM size (31x10.50 R15) with just a few thousand miles on them. Four wheel drive works perfectly. No rust on this truck, not even under the wheel well trim. Has the original spare tire cover, jack and tire iron.
Notice the extensive maintenance history along with the original window sticker, order sheet, books, manuals, even the dealer key fobs. The original owner has the driver side power window motor rebuilt, a new alternator, battery, rebuilt the original starter, and installed new shocks.

The original 29 year old paint is in great condition and shines well. Truck is still garaged kept just as the original owner did. The hood has the usual paint flake here and there which is typical of the era as the auto manufacturers transitioned to water based paints. Isolated to just a few small spots on the hood and pretty hard to see from 5 feet as they have all been touched up. A door ding and scratch on the passenger side (see photo). Both are small and are not that noticeable.
Forbes magazine recently noted that classic SUV's are becoming the vehicle to have. Here is a very reliable, well maintained, beautiful example of a classic full size Bronco with a great history.
