1929 Ford Model A Standart roadster Additional Info:
I have a great little semi traditional Model A Roadster, it has a rebuilt 1967 Buick Odd Fire v6, 700r4 overdrive trans, 8" Ford rear end. Power front disc brakes, rack and pinion mounted to axle with chevy truck slip joint on steering so there is zero bump steer, Aldan coil overs in the rear, with 40 Ford split wishbones front and back. The underside, quarter panels and doors all have heat and sound deadener on them, you will not believe how solid this roadster is.The frame has been fully boxed and smoothed. The body is all steel and mostly original, the aprons, hood and running boards are aftermarket pieces. It has a $850 Walker radiator in it with a filled and chromed grille shell, it runs cool all the time. New Speedway wiring harness, even has emergency flashers. The interior is very spacious, the seat will accommodate a person up to 6'3" comfortably but also will move forward enough so my 4'10" wife can drive it. GM tilt column, autometer mini gauges, Bosch nostalgic tachometer, Grant 13.5 steering wheel. 14x6 and 15x6 original ford wheels with trim rings and chrome hub caps. 175/65-14 in front and 235/70-15 in rear. This car is a turn key daily driver that has never let me down in any way...put gas in it and go! I have taken this car to many local events and it is amazing how much attention it gets. I have gotten as good as 22 miles per gallon on a long road trip with this car...I have driven it almost 400 miles in a day. I am more than happy to answer your questions so if you want to talk please give me a call. 707-291-2643 I do have this car for sale locally so I may end early if I have a local buyer. As far as trades go I am only interested in a 68 Camaro. Thanks Tony
