1940 ford truck

1940 Ford Other Pickups Additional Info:

this is a restored 1940 ford truck. truck was a frame off resto about 10 years ago. the truck is rust free in the cab and fenders. the floors, firewall, back corners all rust free and probably new. the rear fenders are fiberglass. the truck sits on an aftermarket frame with mustang 2, rack and pinion steering, disc brakes, and adjustable coilovers. out back is a ford 9 inch rear end with drum brakes and link suspension with air adjustable height shockwave coilovers. the motor is a crate Chevy 350 to a powerglide automatic trans. steering column is ididit tilt and a new dash with Stewart Warner gauges. truck also has an aftermarket a/c unit and a bluetooth stereo with a mic for hands free driving located in the glove box. this car was a full on show car. then the car was just daily driven for years. 13,000 miles is not a lot in 10 years but just so we are clear this is not in show car condition anymore. just a daily driver. the chrome is old and pitted on the bumper. the front grill and light buckets are starting to pit. there are some small scratches in the paint. the carpet has some stains.
this is a beautiful truck. it needs a freshening to be a show winner but it is not far off.
you could not build a truck for this price.
