1984 Ford Mustang GT-350 20th Anniversary Additional Info:
1984 Ford Mustang GT-350 20th Anniversary V8 convertible. Bought used in March 1986 with 18,000 miles on it. Currently at ~97,500, miles will continue to be added until sale. Single family car since 1986, that's over 31 years of ownership! 20th Anniversary car in Oxford White over Canyon Red with factory GT-350 treatment. No 20th Anniversary dash badge from factory, which was a somewhat common oversight. This is 1 of only 305 V8 GT-350 convertibles with an automatic transmission produced! Factory options include: AM/FM stereo radio with cassette player, premium sound system, high back sports seats, power steering, power brakes, power top, power windows, front disc brakes, A/C, interval wipers, front air dam with integral fog lamps, 20th Anniversary package, cruise control, and possibly the Traction-Lok rear axle. Convertible top has been replaced once, driver side door has been repainted at some point, engine was rebuilt at ~50k miles. I have receipts and service records for the car over the past 31 years which will be included in the sale. Engine and transmission are matching numbers. Fuel injector cleaner ran through recently. A/C blows cold, and has been recently recharged and converted to modern R134A. Upgraded exhaust was installed ~5 years ago, and has a nice rumble, but not obnoxious and quiets down for cruising. Fog lamps are installed, however one has been disconnected. Brake calipers have been painted red. Largely garage kept, only mild winter use in its early years. Prior to winter use, it was rust proofed. There is only some minor rust on the bottom of both doors. Air suspension in back. Included in the sale are the factory original metric rims (if you don't want them, I can keep them), factory manual, and factory top boot cover and top boot cover case. Well maintained. Radio and speakers work well. Some paint issues are present as well as some hardly visible parking lot dings. There is a small tear in the convertible top; however, this does not affect the waterproofing of the top, in addition, this model features a glass rear window. Small carpet issue in passenger foot well, which could likely be quickly remedied. Cover for A/C mode selector slider will be replaced and installed prior to sale. Runs and drives very well! Very fun car! Lovingly maintained and ready for the summer! Values on these have been climbing!
