1989 Ford Mustang LX Additional Info:

1989 Mustang LX Coupe: Car was born as 5.0 (302) and 5 speed. This is not a 4 cylinder conversion. This is a super solid rust free Midwestern car that's still wearing its factory black paint and grey interior. Paint shows normal wear and tear (thinning, dings, chips) for its age in areas as seen in the pictures, but is very presentable and usable. The interior also shows normal wear and tear in the high traffic areas (i.e. driver's side), but again very presentable and usable. This is not a show car. This is driver built for overall good looks, dependability and performance using a solid car as the base platform. The car has ran 12.90's and is most likely capable of more with additional seat time. The car is also able to be driven on the highway at consistent 70-75 mph speeds, therefore making it the best of both worlds. It is tuned for 91 octane pump gas. All specs are listed in the description area below. If you want a car that you can drive to the track, participate and then drive home, or if you want a car that you can simply drive to dinner and enjoy some cruise nights....then this is it. If you are looking for a trailer queen, this isn't it. However, the car could be turned into that without much effort if that is what you desire. The car is advertised locally. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time without notice. Shipping is the buyer's 100% responsibility. I will assist with meeting a buyer-arranged transport and or loading only. Local or personal pick up is always welcome. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the winning bid via PayPal. Please contact me with any and all questions. If you need a photo of a specific area of the vehicle, I can get it for you. If you are within driving distance, you are welcome to come and inspect the car. I will be glad to give you a ride (weather permitting - no rain), however there will be no "joy drives" prior to the car being paid for in full. Thank you for looking. Happy bidding. Good Luck!
