1972 Ford F-100 Ranger xlt Additional Info:
What you see is a all Original 1972 Ford Ranger XLT . It belonged to Wade Denton from Morganton N, he bought it in 74 and drove it to the County Bus Garage where he worked (2mile round trip ) . He kept it in his barn . He looked for a while before he found this truck. It's a real 390 truc, dealer installed A, power brake, power steerin, it's got all the bells and whistles that were available in 1972. I bought this truck in a package deal . Mr Denton is 75 years old and in declining health . I purchased this beautiful truck and his restored 1955 Thunderbird . I wet sanded it and cleared over the patin, I put a dash cover in it and it's got new tires and radiator. It has very minimal rust that is in the pictures . This is the most Original truck I've ever owne, even the carburetor is original. This is a straight forward Truck that can be driven anywhere . Mr Denton was a master mechanic and kept the mechanical aspect of the truck in perfect condition . He didn't exactly go crazy keeping the paint to the standard of the mechanics . Please call me anytime @ 828-448-5223 if I can answer any questions or get you more pictures. I can assist in shipping any where in the world . I don't call this a rat rod more of a relic not rat. Thanks for looking.
