Seeking a 30s Ford hot rod with a little bite? Check out one of the newest arrivals at MotoeXotica Classic Cars, a highly sought after 1934 Three-Window Coupe that is fenderless and features USAF World War II body graphics (removable) and a stroked Ford Flathead V8!
Finished in an excellent white paint and very good glass panels, clear and crack-free. The car’s lights are in very good shape, including the optional cowl lights and the foglights below the headlights. The car rides on 195/60R15 tires in front and 235/75R15 rubber in back with red five-vent alloy wheels in front and chrome five-vent alloys in back with center spinner caps. The car’s body panels are in excellent shape and look solid.
In the tidy engine bay is a stroked version of a Ford Flathead V-8 with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Offenhauser aluminum head and intake manifold, breathing through dual exhausts and connected to a three-speed automatic transmission. Driver assist features include vintage air-conditioning, power windows, a tilt steering column and independent front suspension from a Mustang II and four-wheel disc brakes.
Inside, the gray bucket seats are in very good shape while the matching carpet is in good order, as is the matching headliner. There are VDO Gauges within the white instrument panel, which is in great shape. The three-spoke aftermarket steering wheel sports a red rim and a Ford center cap. The black door panels, mirror glass and shift lever all look good. Finishing off the interior is a JVC AM/FM stereo with CD player. The horn is currently inoperable.
The 1934 Ford (the Model 40B) was not as substantial a model year change as the previous two years had been. Noticeable changes included a flatter grille with a wider surround and fewer bars, straight hood louvers, two handles on each side of the hood, smaller headlights and cowl lamps and a reworked logo. The bare metal dash insert was replaced by painted steel.
V-8 output was again increased, this time to 85 horsepower and the four-cylinder Model B engine was in its last year, as was the Victoria body style; nevertheless, there were fourteen body options, the Tudor being top-seller. The standard three-window coupe was deleted.
Deluxes had pinstriping, again twin (chromed) horns, and twin backlights. Inside, they got more elaborate wood graining.
This car is currently located at our facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Current mileage on the odometer shows 7,423 miles. It is sold as is, where is, on a clean and clear, exempt mileage Arizona title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
