This 1972 Thunderbird has only about 79,760 original miles and turns heads when you drive down the street! If someone didn’t know its age they’d never guess it is a ’72. The large 460 ci engine has been well maintained and runs well. Both the interior and exterior are in great shape. The original paint and landau top are in terrific condition. It’s equipped with air conditioning, power steering, power front seat, power door locks, driver’s side remote mirror control and cruise control. It has the original AM radiowhich functions well. It also has the original clock which looks good but isn't working. The carparticipated in a number of Founders Tours across the country.
Buyer can pick up car in Tulsa or arrange for transport. If you are a serious bidder and have any questions or would like additional pictures, please let me know.
You'll be happy with this fine car!
Other details:
Please note that I did not have the engine steam cleaned. Although it would look good in the picture, it wouldbe more difficult in person to see that the engine does not show abnormal oilaccumulation or leakage.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is or is not included.I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale, or sold locally.
Other Terms and Conditions of Sale: I have tried to carefully describe this vehicle. I’ve included a substantial number of photos so you can see what it actually looks like. However, it is very important to keep in mind that this vehicle is not new. The buyer must realize cars over 20 years old will tend to leak, drip oil and other fluids and rattle when driven. The cars are expected to drive different then a new car and such flaws and defects are expected. After careful reading of the entire description, rather than making a potentially incorrect assumption, if any statement or comment is unclear, if you have questions or need added pictures, please e-mail me prior to bidding. Thank you.
