1940 Ford Model A Additional Info:

My medical condition prevents me from finishing the car of my dreams! This car has an interesting history. A man and his son went to swap meets, shows ect. until the father had cancer. The son told me that he would bet that they had traveled at least 100,000 miles in this car together. I bought it a couple of years ago with high hopes for it until my medical condition deteoriated. I worked like a slave woodgraining the dash, installing a Dakota digital dash, doing some of the wiring, installing a rebuilt Chevy and trans. The car has all kinds of alignment problems. The doors don't fit right, the gaps between the hood and cowl are wrong, lots of problems that I just can't get right in my condition. The car runs and drives well, with both power steering and brakes. I have sneaked it downtown several times from here(about a mile) and it did well every trip. Wish I felt better and was able to finish this beauty. There are many extra parts that go with the car. Good skill with your bidding. It has a low reserve and I fully intend to sell it!
