1969 Ford Mustang Convertible Additional Info:

This car has been my pride and joy but life changes so you have to move on. Car has been restored/upgraded top to bottom, front to back. I'll list everything done to it below. They only made 1 convertible for every 20 Mustangs in 1969 with a total of around 14K (out of 280K Mustangs), only about 1600 with the 351 and only around 800 with this paint and trim, making this a rare production car. It has been lovingly restored and nearly everything has been restored or upgraded. Deluxe Marti report included. Original Window Sticker! All docs on all recent work done to the car! Many docs on previous work as well!

No rust car. Floor-pan and rails all repaired, painted and coated for actual driving without worry. No rust anywhere. No bondo, entire car has good, solid sheet metal. No leaks. No cooling issues, no mechanical issues.Car has been in the family for 10 years and never left uncovered out in the weather.Starts right up, runs very, very well, very dependable and enjoyable to drive. Turns heads and brings out the cameras everywhere you go!Not a 100 point MCA show car, but a very nice cruiser and local show winner (Mustang Steve loved the car last week and commented how beautiful it is, if you know who he is)
The only issues I'm aware of is that the windows on the drivers' side don't completely line up yet (very common on the 69s), I haven't spent time on that as I NEVER drive this car in inclement weather and only drive it with the top down! (of course! its too nice not to). The hood hinges could use replacement, they leave the hood up a bit when shut where you need to push it down slightly. The windshield is original (not broken, just a little pitted from 50 years) and could be replaced for $220 if desired (I can have it done before pickup if the buyer is serious, there's a glass shop right down the street and I already have a quote).
I have the original rear quarter ornaments and original carburetor to go with the car along with the original door tag. Can get the original argent wheels for $300 (I know the guy who has them if you want them).
$1000 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours (unless arrangements are made), and full payment within 7 days (unless arrangements are made). Shipping at expense of buyer but I will work with your shipper and help assure its done right. I have a note on the car so payment will have to be done through the bank. Title is clean (no salvage, etc..) Texas title.
