1954 Ford Customized 2 dr. Sedan Street Rod Additional Info:
"SUPER LOW RESERVE" 1954 Ford 2 Dr. Sedan Street Rod. Now is your chance to own a nostalgic Street Rod. This is an older restoration, and Mildly Customized. It is a fun car to drive and everybody will be turning their heads as you go by, especially with that V8 sound out of the dual exhaust glass packs. The chromedummy spots and half moon headlights really look nostalgic. With a little work, you can make this car into a Lead Sled and really get the heads turning at the local cruise-ins and car shows. I wasn't involved in the building of this particular car. I acquired it from a fellow who, because of health reasons, got out of the hobby. Now I am relocating and will have no place to garage it. This car has been fitted with a stockPontiac 301 V82bbl and a stockGM 350 Automatic Transmission.The3rd member is stock 1954Ford as well as the front and rear suspension. The brakes are stock drums also. The interior is rolled and pleated and, along with the headliner and carpeting, is in great condition. The trunk is carpeted also. I am not sure of the actual mileage because the speedometer reads faster than the car is going.Theframeis solid andnot showing any signs of rust. The floor boards have been replaced and are solid. The body is solid and the paint is decent but you can see from the pics, there is a spot of cracking of the paint on the left rear above the fender shirt. There is also someminor cracking of paint on top of the left rear fender, and a couple spots of minor rust on the bottom of the trunk lid. There are also a couple of scratches on the dash. All of these could use some touchup. The chrome is decent and shiny. There is a crack in the passenger side window but I have a new window that goes with the car.The weather stripping around the doors needs to be replaced.I have tried to disclose everything I know about this car. I have bought and sold quite a few cars in my time and I have always try to describe them the best thatI can. Please look at my feedback; I am 100% positive. I have a super low reserve set for this car, so don't miss this opportunity to own a nice street rod. As for payment, I am requesting a $500.00 NF deposit to my Pay-pal account and the balance in cash or funds wired directly to my bank. With any other method of payment, the title and vehicle will not be released until the funds have cleared my bank and the US Treasury. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handlingarrangements, but I would be happy to make sure the car gets loaded carefully and safely when it is picked up by a transportation company.Good luck with your bidding, and if you have any questions, pleaseE-Mail me.
