1983 Ford Mustang GLX Additional Info:
This is rare a 1 owner car purchased with the intent of it becoming a future collectible. The car has always been garage kept and is original including the tires! To the best of my knowledge everything works (the car was my fathers and is still titled to him) and it's never had a collision. I drove the car getting it ready to sell and it's a power house on the bottom end. The posi rear, 4 speed and 5.0 engine are a great combination and fun to drive. I've been around this car since he purchased it new as a leftover in 1984. He had Ziebart undercoating installed not long after purchase and the car still appears to be rust free. The vehicle was his baby and he used it only for the occasional joy ride. With the car being all original there are some things showing their age, small stone chips and a couple minor scratches in the paint, tires are starting to crack, the factory pin stripe is coming off in a few places, the seat bottoms are starting to show stress and some of the vinyl trim is starting to yellow. He installed headlight covers in the 80's and removed them 5 years ago or so. The screw holes are visible in the headlight wells. The trim along the rocker panel on the passenger side has a crease in it from a jack I'm guessing. I have more pictures and will be happy to email them to interested parties. I also will be happy to answer any specific questions to the best of my ability. Do your homework, I believe there were only 44 of these cars made in this color! Bid with confidence, if this car is not as described I will not hold you to the purchase.
