Totally Rare 1952 MERCURY M1 DELUXE PANEL DELIVERY VAN. Condition is very good original. The deluxe package includes stainless around front window, armrests on the doors, interior dome light, locking glove box, and fancier hood side mouldings with spears which looks super cool.Itwas anSchool Van in the Western Canada prairiesin years gone by and has amazing patina as pictures show.The original motor and transmission are long gone. The motor in the rear is from a 1952 Mercury M5 and was targeted for this restoration project. It is in running condition but is not part of this auction but will be offered to the high/successful bidder for $1800 if wanted. The M1 is extremely scarce to find compared with its Ford counterpart the F1. According to a Google search(1952 Mercury M1 Panel)that I did there are only six known 1952 M1 Panel Deliveries in the entire country and the one featuredin the video is a "Base" model whilethis one is a "Deluxe".
