Up for your consideration is our 1963 Ford Fairlane 4 door super solid rust free blast from the past! 56120 miles on this true survivor original classic car, that should be sitting on a show room floor at a Ford dealership! Original: Seats, headliner, floor mat, kick panels, door panels, bumper jack and trunk pad! a 170 6 cylinder and has the lost in time, 3 speed on the tree (steering column shifter). We even found the factory original radio dash cover in the glove box. In the trunk is an old tin can full of Durex antifreeze! The doors on this car will shut and latch with the push of one finger. We bought this classic in 1998 from a car collector that had passed away and his family sold off his car collection. After a new set of tires and installing a pioneer stereo CD player, we have taken this car out only 4 times pleasure cruising. According to a door sticker, this car has only clocked around 700 miles since 1984! When I pulled the 63 out after a 5 year long dry storage, it needed some TLC. We drained the old fuel, installed a new fuel pump, coil, tune up parts, and had the carburetor rebuilt. put in some premium fuel and the Fairlane is running well again. The paint has some chips and I believe it to be the original enamel paint.To be a show quality car, it would need a new paint job. This car runs and drives like a 1963 Fairlane was intended, but we have only taken it on short drives, so I would recommend haling it home if it's a long trip. Included is any original parts off the car and some new parts such as, a master cylinder, spark plugs, temperature sending unit and an oil filter. Located in Blairstown, Iowa 52209.
