NOTE FROM OWNER I purchased the T-Bird because of my love for the Automobile. I was told the vehicle was restored and ready to drive. Unfortunately I was never told to mix lead with the unleaded gasoline of today. Burnt the valves I was told and the engine was rebuilt. Found out the original party that first repainted my T-Bird used the wrong green, way to dark. Now it has the color it was meant to have. The more work that was done, the more beautiful it became. I belong to The John Michael Kohler Arts Center and was asked if they could display the T-Bird in the center. Overjoyed I agreed, as you can see in some of the photos. Yes, it is a work of art, I was told by many people that viewed it. A work of Art it is and I thank the boys at Georgia Avenue Body Shop for making it as great as it was when new, or like someone told me; better than new. Now it spends most of its time in the garage, under cover. I don't drive it much, so afraid to scratch it. Jim takes it out once in awhile; just to keep it limber, don't want it to stiffen up on me as most old things do. Decided this is no place for my work of art, it needs to be loved and enjoyed on the open road where it was intended to be. So here's looking for someone to love my car and enjoy. Please give her a good home with love. Thank you..... 1956 T-Bird Convertible/Hardtop with Imperial Kit Vehicle Specifications Odometer Reading - to be posted New Engine Miles - 250-400
