1950 Ford Custom Coupe n/a Additional Info:
Grab your piece of history. Vehicle built to clone a cover car from the early 60's when Car Craft or Rod & Custom was a "small page" magazine. I couldn't find the original, so built this one to clone what I remembered back in the 60's, as a teenager. Sectioned 5 inches, air bagged all four corners, edges rounded, deck lid & hood corners. De-trimmed handles, moldings, trim, etc. Frenched tail lights, "browed" head lights, Desoto grille, custom bumper ettes,-- front/rear, lake pipes, way too many to list. Drives like a dream at freeway speeds or cruising. No overheating issues. Small Block, quiet headers, all power equipment--windows, seat, etc. In dash air blows cold, heater, a real head turner and consistent best of show winner or best Kustom at the shows when entered. Located in San Diego, but can be driven to the East Coast without a problem. Fly in and drive it home. No disappointments.
