1957 Ford F-100 Ford-o-matic bench seat stock stick Additional Info:

1957 Ford F100 Styleside shortbedThis is our Ford truck that has been in our family for a very long time. It was my wife's Uncles baby that he had forever. He might even have been the original owner, I justdon't know. He died many years ago and I went and bought it from his sister. He was very good with cars and this was his baby that he drove on weekends. He kept handwrittinmaintenance records and Ford Times publications that are super cool. They start in 1959. I have around 80 individual monthly books that are in great condition. I'm guessing these areextremely rare.
The truck is the 1st year of the Styleside bed. It has all the good stuff, wrap around front windshield, large wrap around rear window.Ford-O-Matic transmission, 272 V8, radio (that was a big deal back then).....all stock !!!!
When I bought it everything was in great condition except the paint. It was ok but my wifewanted a two-tone look. We had it done inSpearmint Green and white inside and out. It's fantastic. Alwayskeep in my heated garage, covered. It's perfect. This truck has beenmeticulously maintained and runs perfect.
We also added.........- dualexhaust.- power steering.- smaller steering wheel.- power brakes.- complete tune up and battery.- new half moon rims and tires ( I have the stock wheels andtires)- rebuilt the tube radio andspeakers.- new vinyl black bench seat.
We sold our house that included a 30x40 heated shop where the truck has lived for many years. Our new home is small and wedon't have much room. Sense we got the truck it has only beendriven by my wife, maybe 20 miles in 10 years. Its time to let it go.
