Up For Auction is a Gorgeous... Rare... Factory Correct... 1962 Factory Ford Thunderbird Convertible dealer installed sports roadster package in beautiful condition. This car is an original beauty!! Look at the outstanding condition of this car for being 55 years old. The pictures of this car do it absolutely no justice. It is an absolute gem.
This car has a brand new white convertible top which works flawlessly. It also has new coker wide white walls with kelsey hays wire wheels with factory spinners. The powerful 390 v-8 engine has a fresh tune up and brand new elderbrock 4 barrel carb. and a brand new battery. The interior has the factory grab bar and is a high 8 on the rating chart. I can go on and on and on about the car and I am sure I am forgetting alot of the goodies like the radio being updated to am/fm cassette. The car goes down the road and shifts smoothly as it should. I have the factory skirts plus a ton of other new parts that go with the car. At this time in my life I am thinning out my entire collection and someone will be very happy to get this car. I forgot to mention that the car has the famous factory tonnaue cover which is not pictured in the photographs. We had taken it off when we were going out one Sunday and that happens to be the photo's I'm using. There is also one minor flaw that we didn't mention. We were going to replace the dash pad, we have it brand new and it goes with the car. The dash pad is a little dry, has a few minor cracks so we figured just replace it. Now there is a nice dash cover on it but like I said the new one goes with the car.
