I have about 140 pictures of this car that I wish I could add, but being limited to 24, I tried to choose the most representative ones.
I bought the car in July 2013 and had it restored by different specialists from different shops (engine, transmission, auto body work and paint, general mechanic). It took about 2 years to take the car to an almost complete restoration. The paint is gorgeous and there's not a single scratch, dent, or flaw on the whole body. The engine and the transmission were rebuilt in December 2013. I drove the car an estimated 400 miles since. Brakes and suspensions are all new as well. I have receipts of all work done. Somehow, I misplaced the $10000+ body shop invoice.
Again, I had all the work done by specialists and they were all instructed to do the work right. No corners cut. I can provide a pdf of the "big ticket" receipts.
I had 4 F70-14 Firestone installed on the car on November 2014. I just love the look, and that's exactly how the car came out new.
Everything works on the car (It'd better...!), except the AM/8-Track. I didn't mind that, I prefer the sound of the Glass Packs. All gauges, lights (including the fog lights), the clock, horn, wipers work. The AC and the heater work, however I find their efficiency to be on the weak side.
The undercarriage is clean and sound. The floor pans look good. We didn't have to do any work there. The trunk is also clean and sound. I will provide a spare wheel. The gas tank is new.
Again, the entire interior is original, except the carpet, the headliner, and the instrument cluster. That said, being original, it is not perfect. I had the driver seat cover repaired, but I'm not totally satisfied with the result. I wanted to keep the car as original as I could, but now I think that I would have new front and back seat covers installed, and the foam replaced, if I kept the car. I also noted a small separation on the passenger seat. The seat belts need a deep cleaning.
The reason I'm selling? A 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T I have to have... :)
I'd be happy to help with domestic and international shipping.I can have the car shipped to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands or France for about $2000. (Inc. transport from Portland, Or to Los Angeles/Long Beach, Ca. Excluding ocean shipping insurance).
