1964 Ford Mustang Additional Info:
This is a project that my health will not let me finish. A rare 641/2 D code Mustang Convertible. Car was involved in an accident over thirty years ago and put in a building. Car has been professionally pulled, front end to square up and hang used original correct 641/2 mustang sheet metal. The hood is an original 641/2 with the "lip"on the edges, and head lite buckets are real 641/2 with the beveled edge, try and find either of those parts in todays world. Both front fenders are original Ford along with a different drivers door. All convertible glass is present and nice condition, along with original windshield. Convertible windshield chrome it nice and straight. In dash wiring harness is original and uncut. Motor has original generator, but someone changed to a 2 bb intake and carb. Correct 4bb intake and carb will be included. Motor will have to be rebuild. Car is equiped with power top, power steering, and rare power brakes. Car does need complete restoration but has never been touched before the front end was pulled and sheet metal replaced. Bottom back seat is missing. Still might be able to locate correct one. Check out pictures of trunk floor and underneath pictures you will be impressed. This is the car that eventually became the GT. 641/2 there was no such car. Please ask questions i will answer to the best of my ability, i have restored many vintage mustangs and know what needs to be done. I can assist in shipping but will be at new owners expense. Car is located in Green bay Wisconsin and you are welcome to come and inspect.
