1993 Ford Mustang LX Convertible Additional Info:
You're looking at a mint 1993 Convertible Mustang that has been in a climate controlled garage it's entire life and has never seen rain or snow. Theres no rust on this car. It has been pampered and rides tight and smooth.
The entire front suspension has been re-done. Steering rack, bushings, adjustable Konis, Eibach springs, bump-steer kit, Eibach front and rear sway bars, Ford Racing control arms with new ball joints and hardware. New rear springs, welded on subframe connectors, strut tower brace, camber caster kit for a precise wheel alignment. The rear rims are 18's and the front 17's. It has a short throw shifter with a cobra leather knob. H pipe, high flow cats (in case you live where they have emissions. It just passed emissions with zero issues), and sounds like a typical bad ass Mustang. She's a head turner.
Under the hood it has a cold air kit, new air conditioning compressor and a new water pump. She drives incredible and I would take her anywhere. The top is original and in good shape. It doesn't see rain but no water gets through when she's washed so I think she's good regarding rain.
You can see by the picture the original paint is still in great condition. I would have a professional give it a detail and buff it out and it will look even more amazing. I also stripped the interior and covered the entire floorboard with Dynomat extreme. Two layers on the entire floorboard and the trunk area as well. The radio has a decent size amp with a 12 inch sub. The radio sounds amazing when cruising with the top up or down. Not a crazy base monster you hear coming up the street, just a nice deep base sound to add to the other new speakers in the car (rears, doors and dash speakers).
About 6,700 has recently been put into this car. The new suspension parts have less than 100 miles on them since the car is rarely driven (though excersied with short rides often enough). It has an entire new suspension, subframe connectors and a strut tower brace. Do your research, these are all mandatory for a smoother, tighter ride that will cure about 90% of the rattles and noises. This car used to have some noise when I went over railroad tracks and bumps, now it almost sounds like a new car
Please do not fill up my inbox with ridiculous offers. Car is for sale locally and one offer locally for a trade for a Chevy Chevelle is being considered upon seeing it (even though I can use the cash I'm a sucker for a nice Chevelle) therefore I have the right to end the auction at anytime.
ALSO: There have been numerous requests from interested parties for engine bay pictures. The car is stored out of state so I can't get any. Its stock and the only things that stick out are the red MSD cap (car has had a full tune up with less than 100 miles on it), the strut tower brace, and the cold air intake/air filter. Thanks for looking.
