· This used motor vehicle is being sold "AS IS" and with all faults without any warranty, either expressed or implied. Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the vehicle. Wehave described the above-mentioned vehicle, truck or trailer to the best of our ability. However, as with all pre-owned vehicles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer inspect as well as test drive the unit before finalizing purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection (at your expense) by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose (within a 10 miles radius only).

· The purchaser will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that may presently exist or that may occur in this vehicle. We shall not have any responsibility for consequential damages, damage to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or unfitness or any other deficiency of this vehicle.

· The unit may be stored for up to 30 days after auction end if unit is paid for in full per the conditions listed above.

· Items left longer than 30 days after auction end will be charged a $50 per day storage fee. Items left longer than 60 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our convenience.

· We reserve the right to end any auction within its duration due to having thevehicle for sale locally....

· We will help with arranging shipping of the unit at the buyer’s expense.

· We will not help with any international shipping.

· The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the vehiclewas placed on eBay. Thisistest-driven and actual mileage may differ slightly at time of sale.
