1951 Ford Businessman Coupe with a 302 dual holley 650, C6 automatic Transmission with shift kit, dual exhaust, ford 9" rearend, drum brakes. The 302 has a Roush kit in the lower to stiffen main bearings. The rods are all polished and glass beaded to relieve surface stress. ARP fasteners are used with a windage trey held by longer main studs. Forged aluminum pistons and the block was aligned bored and the cylinders bored 0.030 over. The deck surfaces are 0.010 under to ensure they are flat. All clearances checked and engine balanced, heads ported, polished and have 3 angle valve job with oversized Manley stainless steel valves with matching seals and seats. Compression is 9.5-10.5:1, the cam is as wild as the engine would take with hydraulic lifters, chrome moly push rod. Mechanical oil pump with high flow rate along with standard pressure. MSD distributor, single roller timing chain, oil pump drive rod is chrome moly. Needs driver and passenger door glass. Car runs strong, cruises down the highway.
