This car belonged to my Uncle and is being listed for my cousin. This is a beautiful 1946 Ford Super Deluxe Coupe CaliforniaStyle Hot Rod. The pictures tell the story but here are some details. This is an original rust free California car. It has dual exhaust and mufflers. It has electronic ignition with a high output coil. Dual cooling fans and electronic wipers. It has tube shocks and a dropped front axle. The carpets, interior seats and door panels are beautiful with matching trunk carpeting. All of the body rubber has been replaced including the door, trunk and body mounts. The engine is the original flathead that has been rebuilt with a rebore of 30 over and the heads milled It runs very quietly like a flat head should.It has the original 3 speed transmission with 3 on the tree shifter. It also has the original differential. A 12 voltalternator sits in place of the generator.. The engine and car has very low mileage since completed some years ago. It features an Offenhouser Intake with a big four barrel carburetor. The gas tank was boiled out during the rebuild. It also has a 12 volt system The car has new gauges- oil water and has an accurate speedometer and odometer. The Original manual is with the car. Please call for answers to any questions.
