1965 Ford F-100 Pick Up
Break away from the crowd and drive on of the most unique and favorite truck models of all time. To get one this original is a real treat.
This is a very rare 2 owner almost all original truck. To find a truck of this age in running and driving condition with almost no physical issues is very rare indeed. The engine has never been opened up and the paint is 99% original with a few small touch up points.
This truck was owned since new by a family that owned a locksmith business in Danville, Ca.. The current owner bought the truck a couple of years ago and has used it as a utility vehicle to shuttle items back and forth to their county home almost 3 hours away. Many trips have been made to the cabin with no mechanical issues at all. The owner does perform regular maintenance and looks after the little beauty on a regular basis.
The 1965 model year saw a heavily restyled front fascia and grille, with turn signals relocated to between the grille and the hood. Most importantly was also the introduction of Twin-I-Beam front suspension—a staple of the Ford light-duty trucks until 1996.
