1978 Ford Mustang Additional Info:
Here for your consideration is a very nice 1978 Mustang II hatchback. This car is equipped with the 5.0 302 V-8 with a C-4 automatic transmission. It has power steering, power disc brakes, factory slotted 13" aluminum wheels, T-Tops, and is a factory A/C car. The parts not pictured are included with the car. This car has never had any rust and under went a restoration a few years ago. All the bright trim was polished, most of the body side trim is new old stock. The engine has been rebuilt as well as the transmission. The engine is currently running a cast iron 4V intake and autolite 4100 4V carb. It runs and drives great. i have the original 2V intake and carb that goes with the car. Seat upholstery, carpet and door panels are new. There are a couple of minor paint issues I have pictured. The damage on the right front bumper corner is from a St. Bernard puppy. The issue pictured on the right side of the cowl is only in that one spot and is not rust. The scratch on the left fender is from a jack handle. I will fix these paint issues for an additional $400.00 if so desired. The Goodyear tires have great tread, but have some dry cracking on them. I drive on these tires, but if a long trip was to be made, I would recommend replacing them. I kept them in place because no one makes a white letter 13" tire anymore. There has been a lot of money spent on this car in the past few years, and it is apparent when you drive the car. There are no leaks under this car. This is not a show queen, but rather a very nice car restored to drive dependably. Buyer is responsible for transporting car to it's new home. I would like to get paid within seven days of auction's end. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time in the event of a local sale. If you are the winning bidder, and personally come to get the car and are not 100% satisfied, you don't have to take it. However, if you send someone to get it for you, it is yours to keep with no complaints. I want to be certain that the buyer of this car is happy with it. Thanks for looking.
