1934 Ford Other Additional Info:
Up for auction is a steel 1934 ford 3 window coupe body and chassis. I have been dragging this body around for twenty five years. Finally rounded up enough parts to get started on it a couple months ago and now it needs to go. Buying another house. This was an old channeled hot rod when I got it. There were o door, no floo, no firewall. Lucky me some years ago I walked in to a friends garage to see them cutting original paint floors from a mint 34 sedan.. needless to say I walked out with the parts for the coupe body. I purchased a new pair of subrails and put the original floor pan in the coupe. The far rear section needs to be finished. the body still needs a rear inner body panel. the rear wheel wells repaired and the lower door jamb covers repaired or you can purchase a new pair of door jamb covers. with that done this can be a pretty good body. If I would of had more time I would have continued. I never had doors for the body and was able to find a pretty good pair of sedan doors. The driver door is the better of the two. Guys have been converting these doors for years. You just need a top from another door and flip it to the other end. I do have one door top from a driver door that will do the passenger door. I also have some information on some other doors for the tops. I had plans of chopping this car four or so inches. When I knew it had to go I thought it wise not to cut anything in case someone chose to leave it full height. The body needs new wood . also the reason I could not start to hang the doors. The car comes on a stock chassis. Pretty nice frame, center of the x was removed. very minimal rust in the normal x area.the vin number is still visible.. I have a clear PA title in my name has the same frame number..The rear is a 1940 ford . the front suspension is an old 62 pontiac i bolted in to make it a roller. It comes with a brand new deck lid from steves auto restoration. The rear body panel, and rockers are from steves also..Super nice parts. The hood that comes along is a super nice original along with a real nice grill..Also a nice original gas tank, and a used walker radiator from another project. The front wheels and tires are not included. But can be added for an additional $250.00 I have included as many picture as ebay allows. If you have any questions I can be reached at 267 688 0141. If I dont pick up, leave a voice mailA 2000 dollar deposit is due within 24 hrs. vehicle must be paid for and picked up with in 7 days unless other arrangements are made. I have this car advertised locally and have the right to end the auction..BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING. I will be glad to assist in any way I can..Thank you and good luck bidding.
