Using actual Shelby factory parts, ot reproductions. The deck lid, eak wood steering wheel, oll bar, nertia reels and Y belt shoulder harnesses and the grill are all original Shelby pieces. You can imagine what those would cost if you had to buy them! This was an original big block car, uilt with a 390. It was swapped out for a 428 FE that was balanced and blueprinted with factory 428 Cobra Jet heads. A rebuilt Top Loader 4 speed with Hurst Shifter, hifts you through the gears with ease! A 12 inch clutch plate is concealed inside the Lakewood scattershield. A Ford 9" Trac-Loc rear end makes sure that power and torque get to the wheels. And the wheels on this GT 500 are Kelsey-Hayes 15" Mag Stars. It also features the Kelsey-Hayes power front disc brake set up. With power steering and a Vintage Air a/c system, his car is perfect to drive any time of the year. A ton of money was spent into making this car what it is today.
