1960 Ford Movie Truck American Pastoral

1960 Ford F-100 Additional Info:

1960 Ford pickup. My cousin purchased this truck in Pittsburgh PA after the filming of American Pastoral. This truck was used in the movie and is seen on the big screen The movie stars Jennifer Connelly, Ewan McGregor Dakota Fanning and others. Ewan McGregor is shown driving this truck in the movie. I will enclose a copy of the title showing American Pastoral Productions LLC as the owner. It is now titled in my cousins name and he has decided to sell it. The truck itself was purchased for production out of MO and shipped to PA for filming. It was two tone, teal and white, but did not look good under camera lights and was painted the color you see it now. for visual effects. Seat belts were installed as a requirement for filming as well. They were taken out of the back seat of a 1967 Buick LeSabre also used in the film.The "dirt and dust" you see on the outside of the truck was added during filming and could be washed off. The truck runs and drives like a 1960 Ford truck should. It is a six cylinder with a three speed column mounted shifter. The gas tanked was removed and a fuel cell placed under the bed. The body is solid and the paint looks good. There are a couple of chips on the rear of the hood. The truck had new tires put on before the actors were either driving or riding in it. The truck is not listed or advertised anywhere else for sale. A modest reserve has been placed on the truck according to the truck value alone. I can't put a price on the value of prominence of being in a movie, That would be up to you, the bidder. High bidder past reserve will own this truck. Buyer responsible for pick up and transport.
