CLEAR NM TITLE WITH NO RESTRICTIONS-WILL TRANSFER AS NORMAL HIGHWAY-USE VEHICLE TO ANY STATE. This military jeep is nicely restored...fromNM/TX area,bought from a Customs and Border Patrol Agent in Las Cruces, NM, who did the body work and then stopped bolting parts back on. He said that he did not have time to complete the project due to work commitments.Work finished in a local shop from the trailer-load of parts we picked up.Successful buyer needs to contact seller for details on shipping and loading within 24 hours. Complete top to bottom restoration with new tires, good running (arsenal rebuilt) engine, new lenses on tail and stop lights. Mileage stated is what is on the speedo but that was changed out and a nice used one installed in place of missing speedo in the instrument panel. New radiator. Painted Gillespie tan (Sand) There were no major body issues in this vehicle.Comes with pioneer tools and gas can with NOS military tie-down straps. New batteries in place; 24vdc system.. Clean and newly lined gas tank with new fuel pick up. ROPS kit installed (including seat belts) along with top bows and side rods. NOS (in the box) vinyl top included. No side curtains included. Original and nice condition seat cushions and seat backs installed. (there are some marks on the seat cushions which I will provide photos of if requested; not torn or damaged in any way. New windshield with working wiper motor. New Firestone 700X16 NDCC tires. Lots of NOS bits and pieces installed from RAPCO Parts Co. M151 parts lists. Marked for II Field Force Viet Nam with 101st AB (Airborne) plus lower unit markings. Will provide unit patch decals for dash or below windshield. A few very small dings are evident (and photographed). But do not attract from nice overall appearance. Runs, starts, & drives well. According to the prior owner the Border Patrolguy this is a NM/TX jeep and has been in sunny, dry, salt-free-road NM for at least the last 10 years. Further, its been indoors for thelast ten years at BPguy's house and here during 5 years of restoration....we did not work on it for several years after purchase in Las Cruces and began our work in January. Former owner had done beginning restoration and taken the jeep completely apart, obtained and R&R’ed some accessories and body work but did not complete the reassembly and final parts acquisition for the restoration. Purchased by seller5 years ago....garaged all of the time it was in restoration.Restored in a full- service shop and being sold FOB ABQ, NM.
