1993 MUSTANG LIMITED EDITION FEATURE CONVERTIBLE
The highly desirable 1993 model mustang fox bodied cars were the last of the breed that was very successful for 15 years. Ford Motor Company decided to go out with a bang not a whimper. Celebrating these LAST FOX bodied cars with special limited edition Mustangs.
Ford made a very limited edition of about 1503 yellow feature cars in 1993. Only 384 were made with white top and interior, the remainder were made with black top and interior. True mustang enthusiast know about these cars but the majority of the general public is unaware of their existence.
This is the time to purchase one of these very rare FEATURE cars if you are a collector or if you just want something to have and possible show. More than likely if you go to a large mustang show you will most probably be the only one that has a FEATURE car at the show.
These rare cars have a special buck tag on the driver's side radiator core support that among other things says FEATURE on it. It also gives the serial number on the tag plus the options on the car.
HERE ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A FEATURE CAR AND A NORMAL LX CONVERTIBLE:
Monochromatic yellow exterior color
Mirrors are yellow not black
Moldings on top of door are body color not black
Moldings along top of rear quarter panel are body color
Trim around front windshield is yellow not black
White interior on FEATURE CARS is ALL white not white/opal or white/red
Convertible top matches interior color (white)
Rear spoiler is added instead of luggage rack
Chrome 16 inch 5 spoke wheels
This particular FEATURE car has all the things that is necessary to be a highly collectable Mustang.
Original owner until spring of this year. Obviously well cared for. No mechanical issues. Not a ding on it. The documentation is all there including the window sticker, original owners manual with warranty card, and it has ALL ORIGINAL PAINT, INTERIOR AND TOP ETC. No modifications
