1966 Ford Mustang Sprint Additional Info:
Pictured for sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang Sprint Convertible project. The Mustang has spent a substantial amount of its life in Florida and was later brought up north to sit in a barn for the past many years. This Mustang is very complete and has an automatic transmission, power top and the rare option of factory power steering not usually seen with a 6 cyl. The Mustang will need the typical mustang unibody repairs including the inner rocker panels, torque boxes and floor replacement. Although the frame rails around the shock towers and rear shackle rails are quite solid as seen in the pictures. Also included with the car are a pair of inner rocker panels and a convertible top boot. The body will also need the usual sheetmetal repairs. Included with the Mustang is a clear Florida title. This Mustang convertible would make an excellent winter sweat equity project that is sure to increase in value due to the desireablity of these early convertibles. As well, these cars are easy to work on and virtually every part is reproduced and is easily available. Although shipping arrangements are the buyers responsibility, I can assist with finding a reasonably priced transport to anywhere in the country. Please ask if any questions arise.
