1966 Ford Mustang Coupe-with console Additional Info:
Loss of job forces sale-
I bought project this a few years back. It has been garage kept. The title I have is from 1981 Wisconsin DMV.It is a complete, unmolested 1966 Mustang Coupe in better shape than most. There are not a lot of these around in this good of shape, I had been looking for over a year.It is a 6 cylinder, automatic with a console. It was going to be a sapphire blur beauty with silver or white stripes.I intended to convert it to a V-8 with a 5 bolt disc and rear end- and purchased the correct used OEM 1966 spindles, discs, 1967 calipers, and rear end. The rear axle does have the factory tag.You can make this car your own, everything is available aftermarket, but I have "a lot" of extra parts including another roller.I have many parts: extra hoods, trunk lid, fender, doors.I am trying to describe this the best I can. I am including as many photos as I can. The engine has not been turned over since I have had it as the radiator had a hole in it.I started to disassemble; removed the front fenders and grille- bagging and labeling the nuts and bolts. I have the interior out to see where we were with the floors, that's when I determined it was too much for me. With all this said it is a project, there has been some previous body work done- small patches in the year quarters. But nothing that says 'butchered".I have all the parts books from CJ Pony, National Parts Depot, etc.The car is for sale locally.
