1965 Ford Mustang GT Additional Info:

Hi Ebay I have my rare 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang D Code . This is one of the first mustangs to have a High performance 289 engine with a 4 barrel carburetor. This is without a doubt a rare survivor. For 1 its unmolested seats are original dash is original headliner, engin, windshiel, doors, carpet etc. Have paperwork to back this upas well.
2nd reason for being rare is This is a TRUE California car the vin will show you this . Most of the 1964 mustangs where made in Dearbor, Michigan and there was a total of 92,705coupes ever made. In mid July they came to the assembly line in San Jose CA and then stopped making the ''64 1/2'' mustangs at the end of July. Making this mustang only produced in California for 2 weeks.
3rd reason for it being rareis that this mustang is number 100496. Meaning this is one of the FIRST 500 mustangs EVER MADE in Cali. It is said that there where roughly 420 cars assembled a day at the San Jose location witch means this 1964 1/2 Mustang d code 289 high performance muscle car was made on the second day of production in California.
THIS 1964 MUSTANG WAS ALWAYS GARAGED AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED, AND IS READY TO BE DRIVEN AND ENJOYED BY ITS NEW OWNER!

She is 1 in 500
Clean titl, shes not a show car but is very clean for nearly everything being 52 years old. Runs like a top and transmission shifts like butter.
Have a book that has repairs, oil changes, belts . Even trips and gas logs everything dated back to 1976 !
Shes laser straight and would make a interesting piece of history to add toanyone'scollection
THIS IS SUCH A STRIKINGLY BEAUTIFUL MUSTANG!
Also this 1964 ''D'' code is the equivalent to a 1965 ''A" code Mustang which is a GT !. Mustang enthusiasts compare these predecessor D codes to ''the soon to come'' GTs. Reason being is that this is a high preformance engine . the 1965 ''C'' codes where just regular 289 engine mustangs
THIS IS ASOUTHERN CALIFORNIADRY CLIMATE CAR!THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE THIS FABULOUS ICONIC 1964 1/2 MUSTANG THAT WILL GIVE YOU YEARS OF DRIVING ENJOYMENT AND IMMENSE PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP.
This Mustang is 52 years old, so some minor signs of age are to be expected! Let me first say that nearly everything appears to be in either restored ororiginalthere are some small tares at the seems of theupholsterybut caneasilybe sewed back up . Doors open and shut perfectly and locks workas well! small hairline chinkonpassengerside ofwindshield . radio sounds great andantennapics up lots of signals all windows go up and down is they should
