In 1984 Ford commissioned the Camelot Motor Company to build 200 1955 T-Bird replicas to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the T-Bird. This is one of the 200. These cars are factory made on Mustang platforms with Mustang II front ends - this is NOT a kit car like most replicas you see today - it was factory made exclusively for Ford. They were sold only at Ford dealerships. The car was made with all Ford parts. This car has 50,000 original miles. It has:
- heat/defrost/ac- disk brakes- classic faced gauges (all work fine)- power/tilt steering- dual exhaust (throaty)- 302 engine- C 4 automatic transmission- removable top w/porthole windows- convertible top frame- fiberglass body- Mustang II front end
Except for a paint chip on one of the wheel wells the car is near flawless. Everything works as it should .It has a beautiful white interior. Please come and inspect - you won't be disappointed.
